Fabulous location - in easy reach of Nyhavn and tourist ttractions and not far from the central shopping area. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The bathroom was gorgeous - great shower! Our room faced the front of the hotel but we found it relaxing and quiet and were not disturbed by any street noise. The entrance oozed style and elegance and the displays ere gorgeous. We loved the characterful corridors too. We enjoyed the bar area even though we were not able to order the drinks we wanted (GinGin Mule) except on one of our 4 evenings. The Reception staff were young and dynamic and nothing was too much trouble - I was even able to book a massage treatment even when the Spa was fully booked. Many thanks to June for this!

Excellent location. Mostly very good staff, though we found the whole Bistro/terrace difficult to understand. We had booked the Bistro for our 2nd night & we wanted to eat out on the terrace. We were told we couldnt do that! As it was a lovely evening we cancelled the booking. Also reception was always busy & took time to deal with. (Its a big hotel though). Special mention to the lady on reception who came to our aid when we got trapped in the lift. She was very speedy in her rescue & concern! Its an old & characterful property. We enjoyed our stay & would return.

Excellent restaurant, courteous staff (in general), very good breakfast with some variation every day. (The coffee is served in a thermos and was "American" coffee. I didn't try an espresso.) We did our sight-seeing on foot, the location was great for what we were doing (eg design museum, theatre, restaurants...). The rooms were very good quality, not luxurious; the bathroom (with a shower) was clean and smart. I stayed in the room with a view of the waterfront, my son had a city view (cheaper room), which was also very pleasant.

Sandra

Location along the waterfront was great, beautiful views from our window but not too close to Nyhavn where it was noisy. The interior of the room was modern while retaining the structure of the building. Reasonably sized room, the space between the bed and the wall was a little tight but other that that it was fine. The bed was very comfortable, and the curtains were fully black-out curtains (important over summer) All amenities were provided for, except room slippers

Alissa

Everything was better than expected... from the allowed 10AM check-in, a perfect central CPH dockside location just across from the Opera House, to updated renovations/decorations... even the bar-food was exceptional! The patio/Quay areas were a surprise with lots going on... we really enjoyed our 2hr. tour with 'Hey Captain' tours, a fun escape from typical boat rides. We left after 2-nites wishing we'd reserved a few more days!
